GENERAL
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, we strongly recommend booking online in advance as sessions frequently sell out, especially on weekends and during school holidays.
What age group is Luma Kids suitable for?
Luma Kids is designed for children of all ages. The ball-pit and slides areas are reserved for children under 12, while older kids can enjoy the trampoline zones, basketball and the digital hopscotch.
Can you wear shoes inside the venue?
Strict no shoes policy inside the premises for all occupants. Socks must be worn at all times.
Are grip socks required?
Yes, grip socks are mandatory on the trampoline for everyone. You can bring your own or purchase a pair at reception for $3.50. You’ll receive a pair with every full entry ticket.
Can I bring my own food and drinks?
Outside food and drinks are not permitted inside the venue.
What happens if we exceed our 2 hours session?
If your session exceeds 30 minutes past the scheduled time, you will need to upgrade to a Day Pass and pay the difference.
Can parents join in the play areas?
Yes, adults are welcome in most play areas with an adult entry ticket. One adult entry is included with every child 2 hours or Day Pass ticket.
Are tickets refundable?
All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased. Please double-check your booking details before confirming.
Do you have baby change facilities and highchairs?
Yes, we have a baby change room and highchairs available.
BIRTHDAY PARTIES
Do you host birthday parties?
Absolutely! We offer several party packages designed to make birthdays unforgettable. Check out our Packages section or contact us for details.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
A deposit of $100 is required to secure your party date and time.
Can we bring in our own decorations?
Absolutely, you are welcome to decorate the party room, but we do request that no glitter, sparkles, confetti or silly string be used.
Can we bring our own food and drinks?
You cannot bring food and drinks from outside. However, you can order food platters and everything you need 5 days in advance so we can get it already for you.
Do you supply a birthday cake and candles?
Birthday cakes are not included in our party packages. But we have a professional cake maker working with us to cater your dream cake for a very affordable price. Please select your dream cake online and place a booking.
Do you get a party host?
Not every party package comes with a party host. Select from our amazing party packages that includes a party host who takes care of everything for you.
Can you hire the entire venue for your event?
Absolutely!! You can book the entire venue for a private function and have the whole place to yourself including photography coverage, party hosting, hands on workshops and many more.
