Do I need to book before visiting?
We recommend booking your play session online before visiting Luma Kids to secure your preferred session time and avoid disappointment, especially during weekends, school holidays and busy periods. Walk-ins may be welcome subject to availability. Simply choose your preferred 2-Hour Play Pass or Day Pass and book online.
Can I contact you about birthday parties?
Absolutely! We would love to help you celebrate your child’s special day at Luma Kids. We offer a range of exciting birthday party packages designed to make celebrations fun, easy and memorable. Where do I find opening hours and session times?
You can find our current opening hours and available session times on our booking page. We recommend checking availability and booking online before your visit, as session capacity may be limited during busy periods, weekends and school holidays.
What ages can play at Luma Kids?
Luma Kids is designed for children up to 12 years of age, with a range of active and interactive play experiences to keep children moving, exploring and having fun. Children must be accompanied by a parent or responsible adult.
How long can we stay?
Our 2-Hour Play Pass provides two hours of playtime, while our Day Pass gives families the flexibility to enjoy Luma Kids for the day. Please check the booking terms for the specific pass you select.
Do adults need to pay entry?
Yes. Adult admission applies and provides access to the facility while accompanying children. Please check our Pricing page for current child and adult admission prices.
Do children need to wear grip socks?
For safety and hygiene, Luma Kids grip socks are required in designated play areas. You can purchase Luma Kids grip socks at the centre if you do not already have a suitable pair.
